Instructions
- Chop celery, carrot, zucchini, jalapeno, garlic, chia seeds, and pumpkin seeds in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add oats, tomato paste, onion powder, cumin seeds, paprika, soy sauce, cilantro, pumpkin, and black beans to the processor and mix until combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour until thickened.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Shape the mixture into 8 burger patties using a measuring cup.
- Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
