Spicy Black Bean Veggie Burgers

Instructions
- Chop the jalapeno and garlic, then pulse in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add one can of black beans, cumin, and salt to the processor and blend until a chunky paste forms.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and mix in bread crumbs, tomato sauce, corn, and eggs.
- Stir in the remaining can of black beans and form the mixture into 6 patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a bun and topping with sliced avocado and sriracha.
