Herb Butter Chicken Thighs

The sauce

Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Cook the chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through, then remove them from the skillet.
- Add minced garlic and Italian seasoning to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth, stirring to dissolve browned bits, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until reduced by half.
- Add butter to the sauce and stir until melted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it, garnishing with parsley if desired.
