Easy Baked Tempeh with Maple Marinade

Instructions
- 1. Steam the cubed tempeh for about 10 minutes until tender.
- 2. While the tempeh is steaming, whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- 3. Combine the steamed tempeh with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 5. Spread the marinated tempeh on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
