Marinated Baked Tempeh

Instructions
- Cut the tempeh into 1-inch cubes and steam for 10 minutes.
- Whisk together tamari, rice vinegar, maple syrup, olive oil, sriracha, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Place the steamed tempeh in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, letting it soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the marinated tempeh cubes on the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, brush with more marinade, and bake for an additional 10 minutes until charred.
