Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond butter
  • cups coconut
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup oats
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 Tbsp flaxseed
  • tsp chia seed
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
  2. Roll into balls about 1 inch in size.
  3. Enjoy!
