Instructions
- Rinse and drain the lentils, then place them in the Instant Pot with the water, salt, and pepper.
- Lock the lid and set the timer to cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.
- After cooking, allow the pressure to release naturally for about 10 minutes, then use quick release for any remaining pressure.
- Serve the lentils hot or at room temperature.
