Bean Salad
Ingredients
The salad

red wine vinegar

granulated sugar

cut green beans, drained

cut yellow wax beans, drained

kidney beans, drained and rinsed

red onion, chopped

fresh parsley, minced
Seasoning

black pepper
Instructions
- Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small saucepan and heat until sugar dissolves.
- Pour the mixture into a large bowl.
- Add green beans, wax beans, kidney beans, red onion, and parsley to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to bring to room temperature.
