Matcha Green Tea and Persimmon Parfait

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except for the persimmon until smooth.
- Pour half of the mixture into a serving glass and top with half of the chopped persimmon.
- Add another layer of the matcha mixture and the remaining persimmon.
- Finish with the remaining matcha mixture on top.
- Garnish with persimmon slices, shredded coconut, and chopped pistachios if desired.
