Matcha-Mango Chia Pudding

Instructions
- Whisk together the milk, chia seeds, honey, matcha powder, and kosher salt in a large bowl.
- Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes, then stir well and let it sit again for another 15 minutes until the chia seeds are plump.
- While the chia pudding is resting, smash the thawed mango in its bag with a rolling pin until mostly smooth.
- Divide the smashed mango among 4 to 6 small glasses or jars, then spoon the chia pudding on top, dividing it evenly.
