Mango Coconut Chia Seed Pudding

Instructions
- Combine chia seeds and Silk Nutchello in a bowl and whisk until mixed.
- Add maple syrup to taste and cover the mixture, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Once set, spoon the pudding into serving cups.
- Puree the mango cubes until smooth and layer over the pudding.
- Top each cup with coconut flakes and garnish with lime juice, kiwi, and strawberries.
