Instructions
- Chop the frozen mango chunks into smaller pieces if they are large.
- Blend half of the mango chunks with the coconut milk and sugar until smooth.
- Divide the remaining mango chunks among four small containers.
- Add 1.5 Tbsp of chia seeds to each container.
- Pour the mango coconut milk mixture over the mango chunks and chia seeds, dividing it evenly.
- Stir each container to ensure the chia seeds are well mixed with the liquid.
- Seal the containers and refrigerate overnight or for up to 4-5 days.
