Bruschetta with Tomato and Basil

Instructions
- Combine tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped red onion, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped basil in a bowl and set aside.
- Slice the baguette into ½ inch thick slices.
- Spray the bread slices lightly with olive oil and place them on a tray.
- Toast the bread under a broiler until golden, being careful not to burn it.
- Once toasted, rub each slice with a whole garlic clove.
- Place the toasted bread on a platter and top with the tomato mixture.
- Serve immediately to avoid sogginess.
