Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

- 3. Add melted coconut oil, maple syrup, whisked egg, and vanilla to the dry ingredients.
- 4. Stir until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
- 5. Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.
- 6. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet and form it into a round shape, flattening it slightly.
- 7. Cut into 6 equal pieces and separate them on the baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 18-25 minutes or until slightly golden brown, checking after 15 minutes.
- 9. Let cool before serving.
