Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Chop the chocolate into chunks.
- In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients together using a whisk.
- Melt the butter in a small microwaveable bowl and then mix in the eggs, vanilla extract, maple extract, and stevia.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- Sprinkle almond flour on the prepared sheet pan, then pour the dough onto the parchment and shape it into a rectangle about ½ inch thick.
- Cut the rectangle into 12 pieces and place them on the parchment.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, then cool on a rack.
- For the glaze, melt the butter, cream, and chocolate in a microwaveable bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled scones and store in an airtight container.
