Instructions
- Slice the chicken sausage and cook it on medium heat for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob and set aside.
- In the same pan, add butter and minced garlic, stirring for 1 minute.
- Add the okra to the pan, season with sea salt, and cook uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes to reduce slime.
- Add the chicken sausage, corn, fire-roasted tomatoes, tomato sauce, lima beans, and all seasonings to the pan, then cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- Serve the dish alone or with rice.
