Crunchy Pan Fried Chicken Breast

Instructions
- Tenderize the chicken breast to about ¾ - 1-inch thick.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix crushed cornflakes, flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, and kosher salt.
- Dredge the chicken in the egg wash, then coat it with the cornflake mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium/high heat.
- Cook each chicken breast for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
- Remove from the pan, season with flakey salt, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
