Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix the chili garlic sauce and pineapple juice, then add the chicken and toss to coat.
- In another bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, ½ teaspoon salt, and canola oil.
- Coat each piece of chicken in the bread crumb mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake the chicken for about 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
