Ingredients

The Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6 oz each)

The Coating

  • ¾ cup PANKO bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt (plus additional to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chili garlic sauce and pineapple juice, then add the chicken and toss to coat.
  3. In another bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs, ½ teaspoon salt, and canola oil.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in the bread crumb mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the chicken for about 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
