Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a wire rack over a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, combine Panko with olive oil and mix until moistened.
- Add paprika, thyme, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper to the Panko and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk egg whites with salt and pepper until frothy.
- Dip each chicken thigh in the egg whites, then dredge in the Panko mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Place the coated chicken on the wire rack, spacing them evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
