Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a wire rack on a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and spices in a shallow bowl.
- Remove chicken from buttermilk, shake off excess, and coat in breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken on the wire rack and spray generously with cooking spray.
- Bake until golden brown and cooked through, about 35 to 45 minutes.
