Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, buttermilk, salt, and pepper, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Using tongs, remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting excess drip off, and coat it in the breading mixture.
- Place the breaded chicken on the prepared baking sheet, spray with cooking spray, and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F before serving.
