Fake Fried Chicken

Ingredients

The chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenders

The coating

  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • ¾ cup PANKO bread crumbs
  • to taste none fresh ground sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the chili garlic sauce and pineapple juice, then add the chicken to coat.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs and salt.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in the bread crumb mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake until cooked through, approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
