Instructions
- Combine cocoa powder and sugar in a small saucepan.
- Add water and heat over medium heat until smooth.
- Stir in caramel sauce and hot coffee until well combined.
- Add milk and optional heavy cream, heating until steaming but not boiling.
- Pour into a mug, taste, and adjust sweetness if needed.
