Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cocoa powder.
- Add water and heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
- Stir in the salted caramel sauce until fully incorporated.
- Add milk and heat, stirring often, until the mixture is steaming hot but not boiling.
- Pour into a mug and top with optional toppings before enjoying.
