Homemade Hot Chocolate

Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Combine the cocoa powder, chopped chocolate, sugar, vanilla bean caviar (or extract), cinnamon stick, and a pinch of salt in a medium saucepan.
- Warm the mixture over medium-low heat until the chocolate has melted, stirring regularly.
- Remove the cinnamon stick and vanilla bean before serving.
- Divide the hot chocolate among mugs and garnish as desired.
