Instructions
- Prepare the salted coffee caramel by boiling coffee and brown sugar until reduced, then add coconut milk and butter, cooking until thickened.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar and instant coffee, then add vanilla, Kahlua, and eggs, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, dollop with Nutella, and drizzle with three-fourths of the caramel.
- Top with remaining brownie batter and bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then drizzle with warmed caramel and sprinkle with salt before serving.
