  • cup heavy cream, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened butter on medium speed until creamy.
  2. Add the peanut butter, confectioners’ sugar, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt while mixing on low speed.
  3. Increase to high speed and beat for 3 minutes until well combined.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more confectioners’ sugar if too thin or more cream if too thick.
  5. Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
