The chocolate shell

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Blend shredded coconut, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, and cardamom in a food processor until a paste forms.
- Add maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and sea salt, then mix until well incorporated.
- Scoop out tablespoon amounts, pack them firmly, and shape into small discs.
- Place the macaroons on the parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler or in the microwave.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over each macaroon and let set in the refrigerator.
- Dip each macaroon in remaining melted chocolate, then set on parchment paper to harden.
