Instructions
- Soak the cashews overnight in enough water to cover, plus two inches.
- Strain the cashews and add them to a food processor with coconut cream, maple syrup, and probiotics.
- Puree the mixture for about ten minutes until creamy and smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Transfer the puree to a glass dish and cover with a cloth napkin.
- Place the dish on a heating pad set to warm, or in the oven with only the light on.
- Ferment the cashew cheese for about 12 hours.
- Season with Herbamare and herbs of choice before serving.
