Instructions
- Soak the raw cashews in water for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Drain the cashews and place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add garlic, turmeric, salt (if using), white pepper, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice to the blender.
- Add 4 tablespoons of plant-based milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more plant-based milk, one tablespoon at a time, if needed to achieve the desired texture.
- Scrape down the sides of the blender as necessary to ensure even blending.
