Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt or Herbamare seasoning
  • a pinch onion powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews for about 8 hours, then strain and rinse them.
  2. Add the soaked cashews to a food processor or blender.
  3. Mix in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, and sea salt.
  4. Puree the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
  5. Optionally, add a pinch of onion powder for extra flavor.
