Instructions
- Soak the cashews for about 8 hours, then strain and rinse them.
- Add the soaked cashews to a food processor or blender.
- Mix in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, and sea salt.
- Puree the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
- Optionally, add a pinch of onion powder for extra flavor.
