Cashew Cream Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 to 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp water
  • ¼ to ½ tsp sea salt or Herbamare seasoning
  • tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dill

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews for about 8 hours, then strain and rinse them.
  2. Add the soaked cashews to a food processor or blender.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, water, sea salt, garlic powder, and dill to the food processor.
  4. Puree the mixture until it is creamy and smooth.
