Sugar Free Salted Peanut Butter Brownie Truffles

Instructions
- Mix together chocolate chips, almond flour, cocoa powder, syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, sea salt, and optional sweetener in a large bowl.
- Scoop out portions of the mixture, roll into 1-inch balls, and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 20 minutes until they harden slightly.
- Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil using a double boiler.
- Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle flaked sea salt on top while the chocolate is still soft.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens completely.
- Enjoy and store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
