Instructions
- Place chicken in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
- In a food processor, combine basil, oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper; process until smooth.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, cover, and toss to coat evenly.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 2-3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
