Instructions
- Place chicken in a large bowl or zip-top plastic bag.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, coconut aminos, garlic, honey, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 2-3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
