Instructions
- Heat ghee in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Sauté diced onion until translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt to taste.
