Instructions
- Blend red jalapeno peppers and garlic in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- If fermenting, pour the mixture into a glass jar, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 3 to 5 days, stirring daily.
- Once bubbling, blend in the distilled white vinegar until smooth.
- Strain the mixture if desired and pour into serving jars for storage.
