Instructions
- Combine arugula and raspberries in a large salad bowl.
- To prepare the vinaigrette, blend apple cider vinegar in a Vitamix.
- Gradually add olive oil while blending.
- Mix in the raspberry jam until well combined.
- Drizzle desired amount of dressing over the salad.
- Store any leftover dressing in a pint mason jar in the refrigerator.
- Serve the salad immediately.
