Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, egg, and baking soda, mixing until well blended.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Slightly flatten each cookie.
- Bake one sheet at a time for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
