Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Prepare the flax eggs and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in the microwave or on the stove.
- Mix the melted chocolate mixture with maple syrup and flax eggs until smooth.
- Add coconut flour, cacao powder, and sea salt, stirring until there are no clumps.
- Transfer the brownie mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then cool.
- For the topping, blend dates and almond butter until somewhat smooth.
- Add coconut and pecans to the blended mixture and stir well.
- Spread the topping over the cooled brownies and cut into squares.
