Instructions
- Pulse the pecans and cashews in a food processor until they reach a meal consistency.
- Add cacao powder, mesquite, maca, vanilla powder, sea salt, and cinnamon, and pulse to mix.
- Incorporate the dates and coconut butter, running the processor until the mixture holds together.
- Pour in the non-dairy milk through the feed tube and process until the dough is glossy.
- Scoop the mixture into 1 ½ teaspoon portions, roll into balls, and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.
- For the cacao glaze, combine coconut oil, cacao powder, and maple syrup in a small saucepan and whisk over low heat.
- Dip each brownie bite into the glaze and return to the baking sheet, sprinkling with your choice of toppings.
- Store the brownie bites in the refrigerator.
