Instructions
- Blend the walnuts in a food processor until they reach a fine, powdery consistency.
- Add the pitted dates, cacao powder, vanilla, salt, and water to the blender and blend until well combined, scraping the sides down as needed.
- Ensure there are no big chunks remaining in the batter.
- Chill the mixture in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before rolling into balls.
- Roll the chilled mixture into balls approximately ¾ inch in diameter.
- Store the brownie bites in the fridge or freezer.
