Healthy Raw Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • cups walnuts
  • 1 cup pitted medjool dates
  • cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch salt
  • 2 Tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Blend the walnuts in a food processor until they reach a fine, powdery consistency.
  2. Add the pitted dates, cacao powder, vanilla, salt, and water to the blender and blend until well combined, scraping the sides down as needed.
  3. Ensure there are no big chunks remaining in the batter.
  4. Chill the mixture in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before rolling into balls.
  5. Roll the chilled mixture into balls approximately ¾ inch in diameter.
  6. Store the brownie bites in the fridge or freezer.
