Peppermint Walnut Brownie Bites

The coating

Instructions
- Blend walnuts and soaked dates in a food processor until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, peppermint extract, and salt, then blend again.
- Incorporate water as needed to form a dough.
- Roll the mixture into balls and freeze for at least 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and crush candy canes while the bites freeze.
- Dip each bite in melted chocolate or drizzle it on top, then sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
- Store in the fridge or freezer.
