Instructions
- Blend walnuts in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add cacao and salt, then pulse to combine.
- Add dates one at a time while the processor runs until the mixture resembles cake crumbs but sticks together when pressed.
- In a large bowl, mix the walnut-cacao blend with chopped almonds.
- Press the mixture into a lined cake pan or mold.
- Chill in the freezer or fridge until ready to serve.
