Raw Iced Chocolate Cherry Brownies

The frosting

full-fat coconut milk

coconut oil

warm water
Instructions
- Process almonds and walnuts until fine, then set aside.
- Blend dates into a paste and return ground nuts to the processor.
- Add cacao/cocoa powder and blend until it clumps together.
- Stir in dried cherries and optional walnuts, then press into a lined baking dish.
- Refrigerate while making frosting.
- Blend dates into a paste, then mix in coconut milk and cacao/cocoa powder.
- Add warm water and melted coconut oil, blending until smooth.
- Pour frosting over the brownie base and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Slice into squares and store in an airtight container.
