Easy Raw Vegan Brownies

Instructions
- Process 1 cup of walnuts and the almonds until finely ground.
- Add cacao powder and sea salt, pulse to combine, and set aside.
- Process the dates until small bits remain, then set aside.
- Combine the nut mixture and date pieces in the food processor until a dough consistency is achieved.
- Press the brownie mixture into a parchment-lined dish, adding remaining walnuts and cacao nibs before pressing down.
- Chill the brownies in the freezer or fridge for 10-15 minutes before cutting into squares.
- For the ganache, heat almond milk and add chocolate until melted, then mix in coconut oil and powdered sugar.
- Frost the brownies with ganache and top with additional walnuts and cacao nibs if desired.
