Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the dressing ingredients together and set aside.
- Grill the steaks for 5-6 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until desired doneness.
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently.
- Divide the salad onto plates, top with sliced steak, drizzle with dressing, and sprinkle with peanuts before serving.
