The Salad

fresh basil leaves (Thai, Italian, and lemon basil)

sliced cucumber

cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat and season the steaks with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the steaks to your desired level of tenderness, turning them every few minutes for even cooking.
- Transfer the cooked steaks to a plate and let them rest for 8-10 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients together.
- Combine the salad ingredients in a large bowl and drizzle ¾ of the dressing over the salad, tossing gently to coat.
- Divide the salad into 4 servings and top each plate with the sliced steak, drizzling the remaining dressing over the steak.
