Instructions
- Whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, season the steak with salt and pepper, and sauté until browned.
- Transfer the cooked steak to a plate and return the pan to heat.
- Add the remaining oil and sauté the onion for 2 minutes, then add mushrooms, bell pepper, and garlic, cooking until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles, sauce, steak, and Thai basil to the pan, tossing everything to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately, garnished with desired toppings.
