20 Minute Asian Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

The stir fry

  • 12 ounces Sirloin Steak, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 cups Stir Fry Vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons Canola or Vegetable Oil
  • ΒΌ cup Stir Fry Sauce

The noodles

  • 8 ounces Brown Rice Noodles

Garnishes

  • to taste Scallions
  • to taste Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Soak the brown rice noodles in very hot tap water to prevent sticking.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over high heat and stir fry the vegetables until crisp tender, then set aside.
  3. Stir fry the steak quickly until cooked through, then return the vegetables to the pan.
  4. Add the stir fry sauce and mix well, adjusting the amount to your preference.
  5. Add the soaked noodles and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
